Shipping & Returns


We offer International Shipping to US, UK, Canada, Japan, Hongkong, Singapore, New Zealand, and other countries.

Please allow up to 2-5 working days for delivery within Australia

Times quoted  for delivery are for business days and only estimation. We cannot warrant that the dates will be exact.

We are unable to be liable for any loss or damage either directly or indirectly via Australia Post that fails to deliver on or by a specified date.

Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods will be the customer's responsibility from dispatch. It is the customer's responsibility to insure any delivery packages required. We will not be liable for any damage, deterioration or loss of goods that has been dispatched for delivery.

We are not obliged to deliver the goods to you if we are unable to do so as a result of matters which are beyond our reasonable control.

Returning unwanted items

Goods may only be returned to us at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to take back unwanted items, in either case we will only consider taking back items within 7 days of date of purchase, we reserve the right to charge $10 administration fee for items returned by you unless they are faulty, we do not refund postage in this instance.

In addition, if you do not wish to keep a particular product after you have received it you may return it to us for any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:

a. the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition which we provided it to you in.
b. you must return it not later than 7 days from the time it was dispatched to you and provice a postage tracking id.

You must pay the delivery costs for returning the goods to us. Where you have returned goods to us on the basis of your rights under the Act, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs when we receive an invoice or receipt for the delivery in a form acceptable to us.

You must provide proof of purchase for all returns.


As per standard operating procedures, refunds can only be made back to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to another credit/debit card or to another bank account. Little Organics cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post once they have left us. We always obtain proof of posting.
