Zucchini and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

1 organic garlic, chopped finely

Sprinkle of olive oil

1 organic zuchinni diced finely

1-2 organic mushroom diced finely

Small handful of organic baby pasta

1 tablespoon Cream cheese or Soy cream cheese (depending on baby's lactose tolerance)

Method:

1. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions

2. In a pan, drizzle some oil and fry off the garlic to slightly brown

3. Add zuchinni and mushroom to the pan and fry for another 3-5minutes until they are soft, add a little water if necessary

4. Mix  through the cream cheese and remove from pan

5. Drain pasta and stir through the zuchinni and mushroom mix
